Property Taxes

 

Homes within North Range Metro District No. 3 are serviced by 11 governmental entities. The funding of each entity’s operations and debt repayments is through the levying of property taxes on homeowners. For the past eight years, the mill levy rate charged by each governmental entity is as follows:

** - Mill levy imposed/directed by Reunion Metro District per the 2016 Mill Levy Equalization Agreement (MLEPA) is in violation of the maximum debt mill levy limit per the District's service plan. Mill levy should have been 50 mills.
